Yes! The Free plan includes unlimited conversations, a full support inbox, contacts management, Slack integration, and analytics. No credit card required, no time limit.
What happens after the trial ends?
After 30 days, your account reverts to the Free plan. You keep all your data, but Pro features (knowledge base, boards, changelog, etc.) are locked until you subscribe.
Can I switch plans anytime?
