Content — articles, changelog entries, feature board posts — can be translated into as many locales as your organization needs, with a clean per-locale editing experience.

The platform distinguishes between UI locales (English, French, Dutch, Spanish, German) and content locales that you define per organization using any BCP-47 language code. The portal uses URL-based locale routing for SEO-friendly multi-language URLs, and Accept-Language detection automatically redirects first-time visitors to their preferred language. The translation editing interface uses a tabbed layout so your team can manage all locales side by side.

You can serve a fully localized customer support experience without relying on external translation management platforms. Every translation is stored in your own database, and the intelligent fallback chain ensures users always see content — even if a specific translation isn’t available yet.
